At CST, our design team's ability to create prototypes in advance so you can see the product before production, our flexibility in perfecting new formulas just for you, and our ability to meet inventory needs as well as new product lines makes us the perfect company to suit your needs.

Our manufacturing capabilities include two state of the art, bar soap finishing lines capable of producing in excess of 4,000 lbs of soap per hour. The lines include the newest equipment available to marbleize or stripe bar soaps. Pressing is accomplished with Binacchi or Condor high speed presses. For the smaller runs our manually operated RMT air presses allow us to run the right quantity at a reasonable price while producing our usual high quality level.

Packaging options include clear film cosmetic wrapping, French pleat wrapping, hand tissue or paper wrapping, boxing both individual and mulit-cake. We have a fully automatic shrink wrap system for various sized gift boxes and baskets.

Our liquid products area allows us the benefit of short run filling of viscous and non viscous products, compounded on site. We operate an assortment of filling machines including King, Kalish and Simplex piston fillers. We are also capable of tube filling your various requirements. Our maintenance staff has over 75 years of experience in bar soap and liquid product manufacturing.
